- TOGETHER - Players, parents, school teachers & staff - Everyone must buy into the program that this is a team and not a bunch of individuals. The one big thing that undoes the TEAM concept is SELFISHNESS. When parents & players start becoming concerned over playing quantity & quality time they become focused on the individual and not the team. Everything that is done here is for the good of the team.
- EVERYONE - Again Players, parents, teachers, coaches, & staff are involved with helping make the system work.In addition they will be there to reap the benefits of team play. Their kids will perform better in school & home as well as be better prepared to face the challenges of the real world.
- ACHIEVES - What is our purpose for playing. Education, Social Experience outside the school, Growth, Enlightenment, Winning. Winning is the by product of being successful through the participation in sports. Winning also creates an awareness level of things that go on around you.
- MORE - As an individual you may become limited in what, who, when, where you get exposed to. There are so many things out there that as an individual you may not get the opportunity to be exposed to. As a team you build bonds and relationships that will last a lifetime. In addition when you are exposed to team building at a young age you learn the importance of it and learn how to do it through your professional life.
